What would happen if you surrounded a light-sensitive nightlight with mirrors?
Ruben asked:
Since these lights turn on when its dark, and turn off when its in the presence of light, what would happen? If it turns on since the mirrors block out the light, then the light reflected would turn the light off, causing what to happen?

Alright well i tried this… the first time i did this the light turned on once the mirrors surrounded it because there was no longer a light source. Then after 1 minute the light shut off. I assumed that the light would turn right back on but it did not it stayed off. but as soon as I moved the mirrors away from the sensor the light turned back on.
The second time I tried this i realized that the first results were just a fluke. The light that is emitted from the nightlight is not strong enough to affect the photosensor that the nightlight uses. Therefore it has no effect on the sensor at all and it just stays on once the light source is removed. [who] rumberg
