What lighting is needed to execute this photograph?

I’d love some feedback and tips from anyone whose done this type of reflection shot!
You need Photo Shop and a the eye on one layer, party reflection on another and then lower the opacity. [who]
Yep: light behind him on the items you’re really trying to capture. If you light up his eye, you’ll just get that. [who]
