What is the kind of pant and lighting called to make a glow in the dark bedroom?

I went glow in the dark mini golfing today and it was really neat and I wanna do it in my bedroom. It was a special kind of lighting. It made your shirt and teeth and white clothing really bright. What is that called. And the paint on the wall glowed too… Whats that stuff called?

So what you do is buy a black light and some neon paint i would recommend pink, orange, green and yellow.But you have to paint the other walls and around the neon paint black. [who] Lucy D
