What is the best book to learn about photography lighting?

I have a canon digital xti and im basically looking for a good book that goes in depth about lighting and using studio lighting for portraits and tells me about what lights are good and talks about using flashes.

    at the top there is a search for Studio Lighting Books which come up with some good results.

    My favorite lighting books are actually 3D lighting books made for 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4d, After Effects, etc. Sometimes they give a different perspective on lighting. [who] Brady B
