How do you organize your lighting gel collection?

What kind of lighting do you use with a cathedral ceiling?

My family room plans call for a cathedral -type ceiling that is flat in the center so it is easier to install lighting cans. I prefer cathedral ceilings that come to a peak. It seems more dramatic and there is no 2nd floor over the room anyway. What type of lighting do people typically use with cathedral ceilings?

I know fleuroscent lights make you look hideous. Some stores I go to, I look great in the lighting and some stores enhances every little flaw. I want bright lighting that makes you look attractive still. Any suggestions?
