What is the best type of outdoor security lighting for a home?
rob d asked:
We live close to a major road that gets quite a bit of foot traffic. Now we keep our property dark at night and have a motion detecting flood light. We’ve been told that the exterior should be illuminated. My concern is that if the house is lit up at night…things like patio furnature, bikes and skate boards will be visible…and therefore more of a target.

How to make a ripple reflection lighting effect?
The Hatbox Ghost. asked:
I’m having a birthday party that is based off the video game BioShock, and I would like to have a lighting effect that appears that the room is underwater. You know when by a lit pool, at night, the light kind of reflects and moves with the ripples of the water? If that makes sense? I would really like to have that effect! Any suggestions or cool alternatives?
