How to change a light bulb on chandelier where bulbs are facing up?

I live in house with 2 story foyer. In that foyer I have a chandelier with few light bulbs that I need to change. The height is approximately 16 feet. The problem is that the light bulbs are facing up so devises like light bulb changers with long poll will not work. Being on the on the second floor – it is closer to the chandelier but still out of reach. Anybody can suggest an effective solution on how to change a light bulbs in my case without hiring a contractor?
