Is there any department stores that sell photography lighting?

You should look up local photography store–real photography stores, not an electronic store like Best Buy, in your area. [who] Pooky
No, I am afraid you will be out of luck on that. It is too specialized an item to be for sale in a general merchandise department store. You will have to go to a REAL photo supply store for such a thing.

ADD: Well, I just thought. Though NOT true photography lighting, it is often used as such. You can go to places like Home Depot or Lowes and get what are called “work lights”. These are the bright lights often used by painters indoors. They are hot, but bright, and relatively cheap. They might get you by for what you want to do. [who] Steve P
