How to open a flourescent lighting fixture?

I have a lighting fixture behind a built in wine rack. I have limited access but cant figure out how to open the plastic cover over the bulb….any suggestions? it is Lampi Corp Model 5120.

   Press lightly on the plastic cover where it meets the metal of the fixture. Then pull downwards. Most just have a clip that releases when this is done. [who] sensible_man
