CFL (compact fluorescent) bulbs will consume a fraction of the energy. You may or may not notice this change in your monthly power bill. CFL light bulbs are more efficient then standard incandescent light bulbs. We have over 50 in our home and have saved about 15 %. Also we changed all of our appliances to energy star rated and have saved another 15 % or so in the past year. (as Well as water saings each month)
We installed a tankless water heater in the laundry room, for the laundry and the master bath this has saved us 22% on the water heating costs alone.
Insualation in your home can help with heating cost tremendously if you have an older home as well as good windows.

2.you can use fluorescent lamps
3.you can use solar lamps ,its costly but lots of benefit

you can use low power consuming equipments which gives sufficient light like CFL,LED etc and using automatic SWITCH to switch off equipments [who] m narayan
