How will the Olympic torch lighting at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver take place?
David M asked:
The opening ceremonies will be indoors for the first time, so how would anyone be able to see the lighting of the Olympic torch live? A torch can’t be indoors!

How will Vancouver handle the lighting of the Olympic Flame in 2010 at the Winter Olympics?
David M asked:
The opening ceremony will be inside, in an arena, for the first time ever. The Olympic flame is always outdoors, where people all over the city can see it. But the people at the opening ceremony would want to see the lighting live, not just on some video screen. So, how will they get around this problem?
